Setting default multiple home pages in IE7

Recommended Posts

I can set the home page for all users using mmc and group policy with no

problem. Is there any way to set it for a second tab in IE7? I tried setting

up the two lines for the two URLs in IE7 settings homepage then copy and

pasting into the line in the URL field in Group Policy but that doesn't

work. I also want to lock this down so it can't be changed.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Yes, you can configure a home page with multiple tabs.

Those with IE7-specific questions or comments are asked to post to and seek

Re: Setting default multiple home pages in IE7

Yes PA Bear, I know I can set multiple home pages with one per tab in IE

properties. What I am asking is how to set it in Group Policy so it is locked

down and not able to be changed. I can set one home page but I can't seem to

get a second line to enter another URL for the next tab.

Thanks,

Jon
