Can't reboot my server

This is making me Bazonkers. When I try to shutdown our server (server

2003) the okay box is grayed out in all the options but log off.

 

Anyone ever seen that or think they might know the cause? I have no

clue, and it was happening in safe mode as well.

What happens when you try shutdown.exe (from a Command Prompt!)

with the appropriate switches?

Check all GPO's that are applied to this server for the setting:

Computer configuration, windows settings, Security settings, Local policies,

User right assignment and on the right pane SHUT DOWN THE SYSTEM

 

Maybe someone defined here special accounts.
