blue screen errors

hello i have got the bsod the errors codes are error code 0x0000007B (0x80786b58, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). is there any way of fixing these i have tryed to run safe mode but it does not let me run anything thanks for any help

Do you have recovery console installed or recovery disks or a full install disk?

thanks i was given a disk with the laptop that i think is the recovery disk but it wont boot from it

Did you set first boot device in BIOS to CD/DVD rom then put disk in and press F10 save and exit...

 

Can you pop the disk into another machine but do not run it....Open up my computer,and right click on your CD/DVD drive and choose explore?

 

Let me know what it says on the disk...

 

What make and model is your latop and do you know if it has a recovery console already installed?

he laptop is a asus k5oij it was running windows 7 the files on the disc are boot,sources ,upgrade, bootmgr, efi, support, autorun, setup thats all
