Printer default is not being saved

I have a user who is located at a different site who uses Termnal Server

2003 to access 2 of our programs. When ever he logs into the TS he has to

reset his default printer to his printer in his office. some days when he

logs in, the printer default is set to a printer at my office and some days

it would be set to a printer at his location but never his printer.

 

Why would his default printer not keep when he sets it to his printer?

his printer is an HP Laser Jet P2015 PCL. No one else is having this problem.
