Installation and setup of Terminal Services for remote access

Can anyone tell me if there is a quick guidance document that details how to

setup Terminal Services to provide remote access to applications and a

desktop in a similar way to the GoToMyPC service.

Which version of Windows are you going to run the TS on, 2003 or

2008?
