Is it possible to uninstall Windows 7 Starter on one netbook and then load Windows XP from another netbook onto a memory stick to then reload the XP onto the first computer which had the Windows 7 Starter nightmare on it. Thanks Lees

Hello there.....

If you used an upgrade disk then you can go back to XP no problem....

If you need to reinstall Windows XP then it is illegal to install an operating system that has already been installed on another computer....

You need an XP full instillation disk, either purchase one with its own COA key or use the origonal that came with the machine....

Most modern laptops/netbooks/computers come with a recovery console already installed on the hard drive to use to recover or repair the operating system.

If you have a disk as in XP that can legaly be used to install the operating system XP then you can either use an external CD/DVD rom drive or this link explains how to install XP from a USB pen drive.
