If you used an upgrade disk then you can go back to XP no problem.... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971762 If you need to reinstall Windows XP then it is illegal to install an operating system that has already been installed on another computer.... You need an XP full instillation disk,either purchase one with its own COA key or use the origonal that came with the machine.... Most modern laptops/netbooks/computers come with a recovery console already installed on the hard drive to use to recover or repair the operating system.
