WSUS 3 Downloading Updates patetically slow!

Hi Everyone,

 

I have recently installed a WSUS 3 SP1 server and so far just about

everything looks ok.

 

I have approved XP SP3 and Office 2003 SP3 only and they are downloading SOO

slow. I'm talking 4 days to do 1.5GB. The server sits behind an ISA 2004

server. I have made an access rule to allow all outbound traffic from the

WSUS IP Address, and I can see that it is working fine.

 

On the same server I can go to downloads.microsoft.com and download at about

400-500kb/sec.

 

Any idea's why WSUS would be so slow?
