Slow running machine

I know it's been asked a million times but here goes. I used to format

install regularly to keep everything running tip top. With the family, it's

become more complicated to do that and so I haven't in 3 years. My machine

is about 3/4 full and really slowing

Do you run disk cleanup and defrag regularly?
