Every time I click on a link to e-mail (example : a 3rd party company) for

support,I get directed to a page that has 'Network Passport'.I don't know

what my Network password is,In fact I'm not even on a Network. What does this

mean and how do I get rid of it.When I click on the e-mail support link,I

just want it to open in my e-mail account (Hotmail).

Re: password

Eddie,

Open Internet Explorer

TOOLS menu | INTERNET OPTIONS | PROGRAMS tab & make hotmail your default

program. Click APPLY | OK & try that
