Guest Jake Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Hi, When regular w2003 domain clients want to erase one or all print jobs on their local printer they get an 'Access is denied' message. How can they erase local print jobs without logging in as local admins...? Also they have experienced problems when trying to delete large print jobs sent to a network printer. Do they have to be members of the print administrators group in one or both cases above...? jake

Change the permissions on the shared printer to allow 'everyone' (or whatever group you wish) to manage documents....you do this while logged in as an admin. > > Also they have experienced problems when trying to delete large print > jobs sent to a network printer.
