I recently installed some MAGIX MusicManager 2007 software. I have not been

able to get it to work right. It hangs when I try to open files. I have

contacted the manufacturer, but they have not been able to give me an answer

yet. I am running XP Home with 1GB of RAM. The Event Viewer records the error

this way:

Did you check to see if the vendor has a forum for discussing issues

with their products ? Sometimes that puts you in touch with users

that may have similar problems and already found a solution or a

workaround. An application error like that would almost always be

something the vendor has to address and not a Windows issue. The

other problem with this type of issue is the hardware/software that

you use may create a unique interaction that other platforms might

not experience.

I have been in touch with the manfacturer. They have given me a couple of

tips that did not work. I am still waiting on them to come up with something

else. In the meantime, if anybody has experienced this problem and had it

successfully solved, please share the solution with me. June 20, 2008.
