offline files not available for one server

Hello

We have 1 windows appliance server where all of the shares do Not give the

user the option to make available offline.

is this a server end setting? I have set GP to allow offline for users.

any clues appreciated

Make sure you don't have "simple file sharing" enabled....that's all I can

think of.
