I cannot find too much re. your error message - other than a few links to posts with the same problem - linked to that software. If this is recent try a System Restore. Start > in the run box type ....system restore.. When the box pops up do not use the recommended restore date - choose your own. There will be an option to select more dates - you may need this. Select a date just prior to the start of your problem - certainly not the oldest. Your files/ photos etc will be fine. You will lose any recent downloads / windows updates that were d/l after the selected date. Let us know how you get on with this.
