Guest Jon Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 Here's one I've never run across before. I have a Windows 2003/SP2 domain controller that I remotely manage via logmein IT-Reach. The client called and said they couldn't log into the machine locally because the username and password boxes were greyed out. I tried to log in via logmein IT-Reach. I got the same thing. Straight RDP, same thing from both inside and outside the network. I'm not finding much on the net about it. This is the only server on this segment. Running AD, F&P, App, DNS, DHCP. I was hoping someone here has seen this before. The only solution I've found so far is to do a cold-start. TIA Jon
