outlook express

my friend would like to access her outlook express account using my

computer. she no longer have a computer at home, but remembers her account

name and password.

is it possible for her to access her account, or was it ended when her

contract with her isp ended?

If her email account was issued by the ISP, when the contract expired, the

account no longer exists.

If it was a web mail account not dependent upon having an ISP (Yahoo,

HotMail, etc.) then she can access it. If it was mail account associated

with an ISP (nobody@charter.com), the email account was wiped when her

contract with the ISP expired.

Not necessarily so, I cancelled my Comcast account during a divorce, 10

months later I was still able to use the email account, I have since

reactivated it. It depends on how diligent the ISP is in purging old

accounts, Comcast isn't diligent in anything.
