Hi all,

i have a server running 2003/sp2 and is running out of space on the OS disk.

In the properties of the Windows folder it show that there 27GB in inside

but if i go in, select all file and folders it show me only 4.4GB... so i

miss around 23GB. The option to show hidden files and folder is checked....

Thanks for your help!

On both Properties screens, it will show the number of files and folders.

Is it the same for the Windows folder as it is for sub-folders & files?

If it isn't; do you have "Hide protected Operating System files" checked?

Uncheck that and I bet they'll both be the same.

Yep! Thanks! I'll use the microsoft utility to clean up these files.
