If you mean remove the uninstaller from the \Windows folder and then run Uninstall from Add/Remove programs it will indicate the Uninstaller is not available and would you like to remove the entry from the Add/Remove programs listing. The information on which of the Hotfixes are applied is stored in the Registry.
