remove a security update in Add/Remove will it show up to install in Windows

Update again ?

If you actually run the uninstaller then yes, Microsoft Update will offer

it to you again. If you mean remove the uninstaller from the \Windows

folder and then run Uninstall from Add/Remove programs it will indicate

the Uninstaller is not available and would you like to remove the entry

from the Add/Remove programs listing. The information on which of

the Hotfixes are applied is stored in the Registry.

I plan on removing from the Add/Remove only. Seems that would be ok.

When removing the uninstallers from \Windows _ DO NOT remove

the folder $hf_mig$.

Not planning on removing any folders only a Security Update in Add/Remove.
