I have reinstalled IIS 4 times, deleted the inetpub folder before I reinstall each time, tried the permissions adjustment on localstart.asp, everything set to anonymous, no go. Yet, if I create a test file (asp) in a virtual directory within my default web site, works great! HELP!!!
