does anyone know an easy way to monitor your internet usage right down to the single mega bit, or does some one know a website that monitors your internet for telecom because i have two computers that are on the same net work and i just can't stop downloading and i know that if i knew how much i have used and how much i have lift i won't go over my limit, i don't know when i get my internet speed back because i only use it once or twice a week so it latests a little longer but even then im not the only one that uses the internet and the other users don't seam to use to much.

i like it simple.:D;)

There are plenty more out there as well, have a look at this Google page and list, it's where I found those above.
