Guest Lawrie Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 I want to wipe my hard drive and start from scratch, my files are all backed up but I need to create a startup disc so I can start up windows once the systems clean, anyone know how to do that in XP??

If you have 'upgraded' from another version of Windows and you have an 'upgrade' version of XP you will need to install the original operating system first before upgrading again. If XP came pre-installed on your PC when you purchased it you may have 'recovery' discs.
