stylus input issues after sp3 update

i recently upgraded to sp3 and soon i realized that the screen rotation does

work anymore so i upgraded my video driver from 8.2 to 8.4(Ati mobility

radeon x1400 using catalyst ) so it now works but the problem is that in

portrait and inverted portrait mode, the the stylus is inverted(the mouse

pointer is facing the right direction but when u move it goes the opposite

direction). i'm using a gateway cx210x
