Roaming Profiles don't "roam"

I have a mixed network of 2003, 2000, and NT servers. There are about 20

users that I set up with roaming profiles and BASIC redirected my documents

folders. I have a share with Everyone having full control then set the

profile path as \\server\share\%username%. The redirected folders points to

a different server as the profile to avoid long log on times.

 

The profiles aren't roaming. Users have to run our drive mapping script and

our printer setup script. What's the deal? What are something that I can

look at. The event log doesn't show anything unusal that gives me any clues

something's wrong.
