Whenever I restart my computer it tries to end the program "UiPopupHiden",

which does not respond.

Any idea what this program is all about and how to get rid of it if it is no

good?

thanks,

Mo

I read PA BEAR posting. Still not sure whether UiPopupHidden is problematic

and should be removed.

Asked and answered in detail in another post. Please don't multipost; it

makes more work for everyone and will get you *less* help, not more. See

Re: unknown program UiPopupHidden

Mo,

PA Bear is knowledgeable, if I had this issue and he considers this to be

Highjackware and gave instructions on how to get rid of it, I would follow

them.

Here is a bit more info from somewhere else >>

http://www.aboutblank.com.au/

this will explain what Homepage Hijackers are and gives another removal

proceedure (should you wish to)

Maybe someone else will come along and advise also

Re: unknown program UiPopupHidden

First, I apologize about he double posting. I first posted in

..windowsxp.basics. It is a lightly used site and the reply was not coming. I

then found and posted on this site.

Second, I still did not get a clear answer as to whether UiPopupHidden is a

useful program that should be retained or a malware that should be removed.
