Can not delete Cookies ?

Using Tools/Int Options/Browsing History/Delete/Delete Cookies.

Also tried "Delete All", this removed All except Cookies ?

How to delete cookies ??

Is the button disabled? Error messages? Version of Internet Explorer?

The button does not seem to be disabled in any way. No error mess, WXPSP2
