    Here is a free one, but, it doesn't support Blu-ray. Official download of VLC media player, the best Open Source player - VideoLAN and here is one that supports Blu-ray Best Free Blu-ray Player Software for Windows - Leawo Blu-ray Player I'm sure there are others, but, I have used VLC and can recommend it. The other one I am unsure of.

    Linux Mint is very good. I myself prefer uBuntu which has some similarities to Mint. For someone just starting with Linux you can't go wrong with Linux Mint.

    Once you go to the email settings and input your email address and password the OS should automatically set up the account. It's been a while since I had an Android device which is the OS running on your phone so maybe someone with more knowledge can chime it and help.

    I use RDP to run IE to test and I see what you see. It seems there is problems rendering in in IE. I will contact the dev to see about a fix. In the meantime I have enabled the default xenforo style. You can use it until the dev fixes the IE bug.

    They both work fine for me. 1920 x 1440 resolution on desktop. I also check on my iPad and phone and they resized correctly.

    That could be a formating issue from an imported thread. Can you link to one of the threads?

    It seems ublock blocks fontawesome. Now I'm looking to find what rule I need to add to ublock to allow it.

    I have to look at the missing graphics in Firefox. It's FontAwesome that's missing.

    I have also enabled SSL for the site. This ensures your information is protected.

    If you had use an animated avatar you will have to re-upload it. I forgot to turn on the image processor that would have retained the animation when I imported the avatars.

    The migration to xenForo is complete. All data imported and permissions set as they were. There is still some work to be done and they will be done before the end of the day. If you have any questions or have any problems please let me know by starting a thread in Suggestions / Bugs / Feedback. In the next few days I will post a thread highlighting the new features of the software as well as how to use them. Thanks

    The site will be converted starting late Sunday night and continuing through Monday. During the time the site will offline intermittently while data is imported.

Of course there has to be new posts.

    We are looking at migrating from vbulletin to xenForo as our forum software. The move will add more features to make it easier for members to use the site. The timeline is as follows: Install xenForo on a test site to get user input. ....Done Get input from the members on what they like or dislike. ....In process If members agree it is best to migrate the site start prep work to make it so. Import the data and open up on new software. The test site is at http://xf.freepchelp.uk. You will be able to log in with the same log in that you use here. As you see the test site now is as it will be when we migrate. Please take the time to visit the test site and give some feedback as to your thoughts on the new software. We want to make your experience better and believe that moving to a more modern software will do so. Since it is a test site any posts made on the test site will be removed when the final data import happens so please leave your feedback and comments on this site.

    I miss that feature from my other forum. Unfortunately vbulletin doesn't have the feature built in. It's quote all or nothing. The good news is that we are in process of looking at migrating to xenforo which does have a feature to quote highlighted text.

    Had this happen to me today. Had to use force quit to get Chrome to shutdown.
