i keep gett ing messages saying eitheR.. the procedure entry point ARRCON_GetMUILanguage could not be located in the dynamic link library arcon.dll....or arccon.ac-ebtry point not found...any help or tips to get rid of this . its driving me madthanks k

hi again , told you i was a computer thicky, yes i do mean internet explorer, and if i use yahoo i cannot get onto ebay, but when i use google i can get onto ebay homepage,but then if i try to go to my ebay or buy or something, it takes ages for anything to come up , and then it just says page unavailable. but i can get onto any other site no problems, thanks

i have norton antivirus and that is my firewall to. i am with bt and use yahoo browser, and can i just say that the ebay site worked fine up untill about 5 days ago

any body please help thanks, i can use any site on internet, it is only ebay , i can get the ebay home page up, but it will just not go to any pages . etc my ebay , buy, or sell, i'm not great on computer, but cannot figure out whats wrong, thanks

i can get onto internet, but cannot get onto ebay, only this site. also i have tried to do system restore, but won't do anything.have turned system restore off now back on.please any advise for a computer thicko, any help much appreciated
