My son is abroad for a week and has taken his laptop with him to download their photos etc. All has been well for 2 days, but suddenly his pc has a blank screen. Cannot get rid of it. Can very very vaguely see his desktop picture but that's all. Has removed battery and replaced it again - nothing, has charged it - nothing, all sorts of things .... anyone have any suggestions please? Thanks
