Guest Smirnoff Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 My friend is running XP Pro on an HP Compaq and am trying to help him solve a problem. It appears he has attempted to remove McAfee but still has firewall prompts etc. Have checked in Add/Remove but it wont let me uninstall. Is it best to reinstall the program and then to uninstall it correctly or is there a free utility to do this online?
