If you're running the pro version of XP, Run gpedit.msc Expand User config/Admin templ/Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs In the right pane, the second setting from top is "Hide Change or Remove Programs page" Double-click to access Properties and "dot" Disable. Apply and OK -- abo yasmine Summer breeze, makes me feel fine blowing through the jasmine in my mind.
