Guest franku Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 We have all XP pc connect to a windows 2003 domain I was wondering if there a way for me as a administrator to remoev software from a desktop on the network remotely without the user be aware of it (ie I on computer A and I want remove computer b xyz software) If this is possblie please tell me the step or link Thanks in advance Frank

It is company policy to try remove software centrally. If user install again thern they get a verbal warrning, final terminated ... The registry can be queried for the uninstall string, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall The string can be run remotely in a variety of methods.
