dcpromo on X64 windows 2003 std

Hi,

 

This is a new deployment and AD setup. Setup 1 2003 AD server SP1, after

that,

install x64 2003 server on another new hardware to install Exch07.

Unfortunately, I got an error msg when trying to dcpromo(secondary AD) on

X64 2003 server

and I got the following error msg. I also did adprep /forestprep &

/domainprep on the DC.

 

The operation failed because:

 

The Active Directory installation wizard cannot continue because the forest

is not prepared for installing windows 2003 server. Use the Adprep

command-line tool to prepare both the forest and domain. For more

information

about using the ADprep, see Active Directory help.

 

The version of Active Directory Schema of the source forest is not

compatible with the version of Active Directory on this computer.
