Cannot download legacy AMD drivers

I accidentally deleted my AMD Radeon R9 M270/M370 graphics drivers. They are a legacy edition, so I cannot download the drivers form AMD's website, and the only way is to download them from Windows Update. When I check for updates, Windows Update recognizes that it has to download my drivers and shows 0% completion for about 20 seconds. Then it flashes 100%. But the drivers are not installed and, sure enough, the basic display driver shows up in Device Manager. So, I check for updates again and the whole thing happens again. I have done this at least 20 times. How do I get my drivers back? Tha
