Guest Ray K Posted October 26, 2008 Posted October 26, 2008 When my friend's computer was using Windows ME, it displayed true colors (32 bits). Now that I "upgraded" it to Windows 2000 Professional, it will display only 16 colors. I don't know where to look for the driver. The system is as follows: *Motherboard *– AMD Jetway 861CS KLE133 Chipset: North Bridge VIA VT 8361 Apollo KLE133 VIA chip VT 82C686B *Display PCI/AGP Video* – Trident CyberBlade-i7 Video adapter I tried the AMD and VIA sites, but couldn't find anything for W2K. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Ray

The Jetway link in Andy's message works perfectly. I don't know how I missed it when I first visited that site. Dave's links also include a chipset driver. I started to install it, but it said that it was some kind of Hyperion driver and the readme file said it was oriented toward raid computers. So I didn't venture into it. Ray
