I'd like to submit an article I wrote on the topic of guidelines for

effectively using any Forum. It includes tips for posting in order

to get good responses and many suggestions that would contribute

to a nice environment on any forum. This article is based upon my

many years experience using BBSes of the olden days,

Usenet Newsgroups, and the more modern Forums of today.
