How to remove SNAP.DO in my computer

Hello everybody hope all is well...just want to ask your help on how to remove SNAP.DO on my computer very annoying virus software that redirects my browsing. Hope to hear from you soon. thanks.

Hello Bob and welcome to ExTS , First of all I have moved your post to the Malware Section , secondly lets see what we can do to shift SNAP.DO. I'd like you to follow the following instructions.

 

Step 1

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

• Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  
• Double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool.
  
• Click on Delete.
  
• Confirm each time with Ok.
  
• You will be prompted to restart your computer. A text file will open after the restart.
  
• Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  
• You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[s1].txt as well.
