Can't remove files found with Adwcleaner

Hi,

i scanned my computer and when scanning with the Adwcleaner there are 2 registry files called KLM\SOFTWARE\CLASS.....(can't read the rest of the file and nothing shows up in the 'quarantine' part). I hit the clean button but those 2 files just won't disappear. I have scanned using 'Junkware removal tool, Malwarebytes (which don't show anything), CCleaner, then the Adwcleaner (which is where those 2 files are showing up). Any help would be much appreciated thanks. I am using Windows 8.1 on a HP Pavilion Laptop.

I was given a few different scans to run through on another forum Starbuck.

 

I used these in order (although obviously for anyone reading this, i was told to use these steps for MY particular problem. So it's not advised people just randomly use these unless someone with knowledge has instructed you to do so)

 

FRST, CCleaner, Adware removal tool, ZHP, Security check, Adwcleaner.
