Guest Carlos Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Sun has just released a new version of its Java machine for 32-bit IE, running in both x86 and x64 systems (Vista and XP). Go here: http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp and grab it. Carlos

Is this proper?
Guest Carlos Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Re: JRE6 update2 released AFAIK there is no problem in having both versions installed. Please note that the only one that works with IE7 (32-bit) is the x86 version. See: http://java.sun.com/javase/6/webnotes/install/system-configurations.html The x64 version will not work with IE7 64-bit.
