Guest Helpless in Ohio Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 I recently discovered (when I had no response to 2 job applications!) that when I click on an email address within a received email and send it - it doesn't register - the person it was sent to doesn't receive it and it does not appear in my sent folder. If I copy and paste the address into a new email, it works just fine. Roadrunner says it's a Microsoft problem; Microsoft wants $49 just to hear the problem - can someone out there help me??? I do not have the Windows 2000 software - the computer was a gift already loaded and the software didn't come with it.
