Guest Trcey Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Recently my computer started rebooting everytime I click on the username to take me into windows. If I start in safe mode with networking I can get into administrator. I tried running the updates and it errors out. I don't know what else to try.

Guest Theo Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Re: Reboots as soon as I click user If it's XP Pro or Home (32-bit) then you're in the wrong forum. This forum is for 64-bit Windows. If you had the appropriate cd for your edition and the correct Product Key, you could do a "Repair Install" which will usually fix most problems. Otherwise you need to go to the regular Windows XP forums, the ones that don't have "64bit" in their listing. Trcey wrote: > Theo, I don't have the original cd.
