Windows Advanced Server Memory 6 GB

Hello

 

we upgrade the RAM on our WIndows Advanced Server from 4 GB to 6 GB.

Wenn we start the Server the information on the bios is correc (6 GB ) . But

in hte taskmanger or in the system view the are only 4 GB will be reportet.

 

What can we do that the server will be correcy view and work with 6 GB

 

have somebody an idea

Use the /PAE switch in the Boot.ini file.

 

Large memory support is available in Windows Server 2003 and in Windows 2000
