Download page: https://sdlc6e.sun.com/ECom/EComActionServlet;jsessionid=FE5881E78708A92B4FA3338CEC7F2FE0 The file you want to download is the one marked as "Windows Offline Installation (build 06), Multi-language" and affects only the 32-bit java that works with 32-bit Explorer included in both XP (x86 & x64) and Vista (x86 & x64).
