Guest M$ User Posted July 28, 2007 Posted July 28, 2007 I am following http://www.windowsnetworking.com/kbase/WindowsTips/WindowsXP/RegistryTips/Customization/Controlthumbnaildisplaysize.html to set the thumbnail size ie: Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer Name: ThumbnailSize Type: REG_DWORD Value: 25-256 I tried 25 and 255, restarting my file browser in between. Nothing changes. Why would this be? What is the right way? Thanks.
Guest David Webb Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Re: Thumbnail size won't change The article you're quoting from is a tip for Windows XP users. This newsgroup covers issues with Windows 2000. My guess at first glance.....maybe it doesn't work in Windows 2000.
