Guest jonescountry2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Hi, My name is Sarah. I received this computer as a gift that my friend picked up at a yard sale .I just plugged it up and was fortunate to get AOL free for 90 day's . I am Disabled and waiting on my Social Security to begin .. I was just clicking around and found the Microsoft update site and was excited when I started updating and my computer started working better . Then I received a message that said "This copy did not pass genuine validation" . WOW ! So I read up on the situation a bit and learned that I needed to contact you . Please help ! I don't know what to do . And please tell me your not going to take my computer away because it's the best thing that's happen to me in a long time , sad but true . I want to Thank you for your time and help . Sincerely , Sarah Ann Johnson
