If I type or cut & paste a "http://www.webpage.com" using notepad or

wordpad,

can it be underlined to act as a link to the internet, so that it can be

left clicked to

access the particular "webpage.com"??

Depends on the destination app. For text editors such as notepad.exe and

wordpad.exe the answer is no.
