Guest Wolfeymole Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 We always wished to keep vBulletin as the forum software but with a brighter better look. I just hope your ideas don't fade into complete darkness where any colour schemes are unable to be seen whatsoever. ;) Quote
JEBWrench Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Oh, I wasn't saying anything bad about the software - just that the colour scheme has been done ad infinitum. But as I also said, it's always been blue and white for as long as I can rememcall, so it makes sense to keep with it. Quote Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help. AdvancedSetup Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Well overall it looks quite nice. A bit slower on page loads but not too bad. The main page though is a bit of an issue I think. The columns can not be resized like the other pages. Like this page here in the forum, if I reduce the size the columns shrink to fit my window as they should, but the main page does not. (IMHO) I think the main page should be modified to operate like the other pages and auto resize to window size. Quote Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help. DSTM Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 I would like to see the drop down boxes on the right moved,as I have a huge blank gap all the way down.Make it the same as other sites and have the posts all the way across.Having the posts squashed up to one side does nothing but make the posts harder to read.I think this is a negative.I have got PM's saying they dislike the way posts are to one side.:) http://i37.tinypic.com/14vgyfk.png Quote Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.
