Will removing s-mode affect network configurations (on enterprise networks)

I have recently purchased a Windows 11 device to use on an enterprise network, for which I have changed multiple network settings (in control panel). As it is currently in S mode but it would be easier if it were not, will switching it off affect the network configuration I have set up?
