Re install Task Scheduler

How can I reinstall Task Scheduler on Windows 2000 Profressional SP4?

Task Scheduler service is not starting, it crashes with an error.

Right-click c:\winnt\inf\mstask.inf, then select Install.

You might also have to reinstall IE6.
