Hi,

I am having a few issues with internet explorer crashing on Vista and

wanting to find out why it is doing it, I have some memory.hdmp files and

would like to know how I can determine the root of the problem?

Re: Reading memory.hdmp

Hi Clayton

IE crashing in Vista is usually caused by a troublesome addon. If you run

IE with no addons, does it still crash?

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (no

addons).

If IE with no addons is OK, then start a normal instance of IE, go to Tools,

Manage Addons and disable the addons. Reenable one at a time until you find

the problematic one.

What is in Event Viewer regarding IE crashing? Is there a fault module

listed?
