Hi,

Please I need help urgent.

I´m having problem with my backup on a Windows 2003 Standard.

If I try to access Management Computer --> Removable Storage, I receive the

error message:

"This snapin's display may be inconsistent with the Removable Storage

Services. If the problem persist please restart the snappin."

Thank you.

Hi Juliano,

Check that your Removable Storage service is set to Manual and not disabled.

Re: Removable Storage Snap-in problem

Hi Coraleigh,

I received the hotfix from Microsoft, but I cannot install it because I´m

with the service pack 2 installed.

The files of service pack are newest then this hotfix.

Have you any other suggestion?

Thank you,

Juliano
