Some programs I cannot remove

Hello,

 

My XP Professional runs out low disk space that prompts to remove some programs, but how? Some programs just cannot remove no matter how many times I tried such as: F-Secure Client Security; L&H TTS Espariol; Oracle Janitiator 1.3.1.22; Rapport; Roll

etc. Are these programs important that I should keep? Please help.
